1. In-Person Healing Session: This is a 1 hour Reiki & Chakra Balancing session in person at Selene Healing Studio, West Jordan, UT. 
2. Distance Healing Email Session: This is a 1 hour Reiki & Chakra Balancing session. The session time you will need to be in a relaxed position where you will not be disturbed for 1 hours. We will not be connected. I will do your session and then follow up with an email. I will follow up with you to see how you are within 2 days.
3. Distance Healing Video Session: This is a 1 hour Reiki & Chakra Balancing session. I will contact you by Facebook Messenger or Google Meets at your appointment time. Please be ready by being in a quiet place that you can either sit comfortably or lie down for 1 hour undisturbed.
4.  Empowering Yourself to Balance your Energy 6 Week Program: 

• In this program you will learn how to:  

· Ground yourself and stay centered 

· Use Essential Oils and Crystals for your specific needs

· Helps remove toxic energies out of your system

· Receive 6 – 1 on 1 Reiki & Chakra Balancing Distance Healing Sessions with me
